Job Description: 
1. The Application Engineer will consistently demonstrate with clients at a business-to-business level.
2. Identify and provide solutions that fulfill the business and technical needs of customers
3. Support the sales team in a pre-sales demonstration and presenting the Autodesk solutions
4. Conduct customized training (fundamentals to advanced level)
5. Develop web-based (quick starts and just-in time) training.
6. Provide telephone, online, virtual, and on-site technical support
7. Provide technical product assistance to both inside and outside sales representatives in the development and closing of sales opportunities
8. Pre-sales:  Qualifying Process, Technical audits, Needs assessment, Training assessment,Pre- sales presentations.

Job Title : Inside Sales Executive


The inside sales representative will work cooperatively with outside sales and other members of the team to grow existing customers, create new customers and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas at the appropriate gross margin while increasing customer satisfaction.


  • Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner
  • Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions
  • Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items
  • Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
